Pastor Steven Rehwald
Senior Pastor & School Administrator
Welcome to Westside Christian! Westside has served the Redlands community for over 125 years by sharing God's Word through our Church and our school.
I became the pastor of this wonderful ministry in 2021. I serve alongside my wife, Roberta Rehwald, as we lead both the Church and the school.
We believe it is of the utmost importance to share the truth of Christ with people of all ages, especially in this world full of confusion and hate. Come join the family at Westside and learn more about our glorious Savior.

Our school is led by experienced educators who share a passion for nurturing children academically, spiritually, and socially. Each leader brings years of dedication to Christian education.
Sarah Mawhorter
Principal
Sarah leads our elementary program with a heart for excellence and a commitment to seeing every child succeed. She oversees curriculum, teacher development, and daily school operations.
Roberta Rehwald
Vice Principal
Roberta brings warmth and wisdom to her role as Vice Principal. She works closely with families and teachers to create a nurturing environment where children thrive.
Amy Miranda
Preschool Director
Amy leads our preschool program with creativity and care, ensuring our youngest learners experience the joy of discovery in a safe, loving environment.

Lily Reidhammer
Pre-K Teacher & Spanish Instructor
Lily wears two hats at Westside—teaching our Pre-K students foundational skills while also bringing the gift of Spanish language to our elementary students.
Margaret Salazar
2 to 3 Year Old Teacher
Margaret specializes in early childhood development, providing our youngest students with a gentle, nurturing introduction to school life.
Sarah Hrovat
Art & PE Teacher
Sarah brings creativity and energy to our enrichment programs, helping students express themselves through art while building physical skills and teamwork.
